Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of 2M Global Ltd (Company No: 16609519), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Nature of Services

2M Global Ltd provides consulting and facilitation services only. We are NOT:

• Immigration lawyers or solicitors
• Financial advisors or investment advisors
• Government agents or officials
• Authorized to practice law or provide legal advice

We coordinate with licensed professionals (immigration attorneys, authorized agents, solicitors, and financial advisors) on behalf of our clients.

Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to requests in a timely manner
• Follow advice and recommendations provided by licensed professionals
• Disclose all material facts relevant to your application
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Fees and Payment

Fees are as per signed consulting agreement. Our fees are separate from third-party costs (government fees, legal fees, investments, etc.). Fees are generally non-refundable except in cases of our documented negligence. Payment plans may be available and will be detailed in your contract.

Disclaimers

No Guarantees: We cannot guarantee approval of any residency or citizenship application. Government decisions are beyond our control.

Investment Outcomes: Investment outcomes are not guaranteed. Real estate values can fluctuate. We are not responsible for investment performance.

Program Changes: Citizenship and residency programs can change without notice. We monitor changes and advise clients, but cannot control government policy.

Not Legal Advice: Our guidance is not legal advice. For legal advice, you must consult with a licensed attorney.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid to us. We are not liable for:

• Government decisions to reject applications
• Errors or negligence by third-party professionals
• Changes in program requirements or costs
• Investment losses or currency fluctuations
• Delays beyond our reasonable control

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in London under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
