- Introduction Services: Connecting clients with licensed third-party professionals (lawyers, financial advisors, immigration advisors, real estate agents)
- Coordination Services: Assisting with logistics related to property viewing, relocation, and related matters
IMPORTANT: We do NOT provide regulated financial advice, legal advice, immigration advice, or estate agency services. All regulated services are provided by appropriately licensed third parties.
3. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals who are:
- 18 years of age or older
- Legally capable of entering into binding contracts
- Not prohibited by law from using our services
4. Service Engagement
4.1 Initial Consultation
Our initial consultation is confidential and designed to understand your needs. This does not create a binding obligation for either party.
4.2 Service Agreement
Formal engagement of our consultancy services requires:

5. Fees and Payment

- Relocation Coordination: 5% of service value
- Property Research Services: 10% of service value
All fees will be clearly outlined in writing before engagement.
5.2 Payment Terms
- Fees are payable as specified in the service agreement
- We may require an initial deposit or retainer
- Payment methods: Bank transfer, major credit cards
- All fees are exclusive of VAT (added where applicable)
5.3 Third-Party Fees
Our fees do not include charges from third-party professionals (lawyers, immigration advisors, financial advisors, etc.). These are billed separately and directly by the service providers.
5.4 Refund Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable once services commence
- If services are terminated by us without cause, you will receive a pro-rata refund
- No refunds for services already delivered
- Refunds processed within 14-30 business days
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Respond promptly to requests for information or documentation
- Inform us of any changes to your circumstances
- Seek independent professional advice before making significant decisions
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Pay all fees and charges on time
